Farewell Challengers!
2009 competitors |
Well challengers, the end of the program has come and gone. From all of us in the Katie School of Insurance at Illinois State University, we hope you learned a thing or two about managing risk and that you had some fun in the process. Hopefully the week has helped guide you toward knowing which career path you would like to take in the future.
Through the classroom sessions, various investing techniques and risk-based games, everyone involved with the program is proud to see young students learn and grow as you have. We hope it was a great time for all.
Congratulations students!
Introducing Sue Stombaugh
(Program Coordinator)
I am an ISU grad, a Business Education major. It seems I've come full
circle in my career. I started out working in the College of Business
at Indiana University, then on to Ford Motor Credit Company in Detroit.
After moving back to Bloomington/Normal I was with a local recruiting
firm. As of nine months ago, I'm in the Katie School at ISU...back in a
College of Business. Being around students again is great and has
bolstered my confidence in the future.
I'm married with 3 grown sons and 5 grandchildren...ages 3 and under.
With 3 of those grandchildren here in town, I'm finding out that being a
grandparent really is great fun.
